3-5 Prenatals, Birth Plan Assistance, Support during planned Hospital Birth, 2 postpartum visits.
This initial consultation would take place in the comfort of your home. It would include a pre and post feeding weight of your baby, assessment of your baby's latch, questions answered and support given throughout our consult. Follow-up phone calls and text messages for the first week after a home visit is included.

This follow-up consult would take place in your home and I will help you with the same goals as stated in the initial consult.

Many parents, specifically new moms, have multiple questions about breastfeeding prior to their childbirth! This education will take place in your home with your partner. We will cover topics on general breastfeeding knowledge, possible complications, breast milk storage & pumping, what to expect while breastfeeding your baby, how to know if your baby is getting enough milk and more!
A $50 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot. Classes are generally held every 3-4 months throughout the year. Learn relaxation practices, exercises, nutrition, pregnancy topics, labor rehearsals, postpartum recovery and more!
This is where I get to know you and start building your unique program. You will receive on boarding information packet with tips on exercise considerations for each trimester, posture and breathing assessments, core routine, workout program, bi-weekly check in, a 1-2 hour in-person meeting to discuss posture, breathing, core, and proper exercise execution in your program, access to me for any questions, and a $50 credit toward the First 6 Weeks postpartum package
First 6 Weeks ($250)- An in-person posture & breathing assessment, core restoration routine implementing functional movements when appropriate, weekly check-in, access for questions anytime.
First 12 Weeks ($450)-This option continues beyond the first 6 weeks plus 3 additional in-person meetings with exercise demonstration for each phase of rehab and transitioning back into a workout routine.
Anytime Postpartum ($250/6-wk)- This similar program is if you are 3 months postpartum, 3 years, or more!
Includes an initial in-person assessment, corrective exercise plan, weekly check-ins with assessments and updated plan, access to ask me questions anytime. Add on - workout program $50
For Prenatal and Postpartum Plans. This Includes posture and breathing assessment, updated core routine, updated workout program.

Emotional and physical support, assistance with cooking, light cleaning, child and newborn care, lactation. Choose shifts and times that work best for you, four hour increments.
*Please note the prices for tictures, prints, and salves are if you are already having your placenta incapsulated. These are still an option for anyone who does not wish to encapsulate but there will be an added fee.*
